1. Opened Products Are Final Sale π«
Due to health, hygiene, and authenticity concerns, opened, used, or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Once a seal is broken or packaging is disturbed, the product is deemed ineligible for refund or replacement.
2. Returns on Unopened Products (Limited Eligibility) β
A return request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item remains completely unopened and factory-sealed
- The request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order
- The original receipt, packaging, and proof of purchase are provided
All approved returns are subject to manual verification and inspection by the Fitholic Nutrition team before final acceptance.
3. Delivery Issues: Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
In the rare event that your order arrives with:
- Physical damage
- Incorrect product
- Missing items
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@fitholicnutrition.com and attaching:
- Your order number
- Clear unboxing photos or videos captured at the time of opening
After verification, we will either:
- Send a replacement, subject to availability, or
- Process a refund to the original payment method within 7β10 business days
Claims submitted without proper unboxing evidence will not be accepted.

Once a return is approved:
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout

- Delivery fees, COD charges, and service fees are non-refundable
